Golf Tip: Turning the shoulders is so important in golf, but often it's very difficult to know how to turn your shoulders. Many people tilt their shoulders instead of turning - that is, the left shoulder goes down on the backswing and the right one goes up. A good way of turning rather than tilting the shoulders on your backswing, is to feel that your left shoulder is going forwards and the right shoulder backwards on the takeaway. This promotes a good shoulder turn and guards against a tilting motion of the shoulders.
